Buying a Rolls-Royce in Dubai: Cullinan, Ghost, Spectre

Choose the Cullinan for an SUV, the Ghost for a saloon, and the Spectre for the electric coupe. Black Badge adds power to each. As a US reference, Car and Driver lists 2027 prices from about 373,000 dollars for the Ghost, 402,000 for the Spectre and 435,000 for the Cullinan.

Which Rolls-Royce should you buy in Dubai?

The choice is easier than the price tags suggest, because the three models do different jobs. All three are built to isolate you from the road. They differ in body, powertrain and how you intend to use them.

  • Cullinan: the SUV. The one for buyers who want height, space and an all-wheel-drive Rolls-Royce.
  • Ghost: the saloon. Car and Driver notes that, for its size, it offers sharp handling, thanks to all-wheel steering.
  • Spectre: the electric coupe. A two-door, four-seat car for buyers who want the quiet of Rolls-Royce without a combustion engine.
  • Black Badge: a darker, more powerful version offered on these models, for buyers who want the same car with more edge.

How do the Cullinan, Ghost and Spectre compare?

Figures below are from Car and Driver for the 2027 model year, read on 2026-11-06. Prices are US dollar MSRP ranges for the US market. They are not Dubai prices.

  • Cullinan: 6.7-litre twin-turbo V12, 563 horsepower (592 in the Black Badge), eight-speed automatic, all-wheel drive, air suspension. MSRP 434,950 to 504,950 dollars.
  • Ghost: the same 6.7-litre twin-turbo V12, 563 horsepower (591 in the Black Badge), eight-speed automatic, all-wheel drive. MSRP 373,350 to 443,350 dollars.
  • Spectre: dual-motor electric powertrain, 592 horsepower (670 in the Black Badge), all-wheel drive, four seats. MSRP 401,750 to 471,750 dollars. Car and Driver estimates EPA range at about 326 miles for the standard car and 296 miles for the Black Badge.

What is Black Badge, and is it worth it?

Black Badge is Rolls-Royce's more assertive line. On the numbers, it adds power to each car: 592 horsepower against 563 on the Cullinan, 591 against 563 on the Ghost, and 670 against 592 on the Spectre. It also changes the look, so the cars read as the same models in a different mood.

Whether it is worth the premium is a taste question, not a performance one. On a car built for isolation, most owners will not use the extra horsepower. Buy Black Badge if you prefer the look and character. If you are choosing on value, compare an individual car's specification and history rather than assuming the badge decides the price.

Is the Spectre a sensible buy in Dubai?

Car and Driver calls the Spectre unique among EVs: a Rolls-Royce first and an electric vehicle second. It also notes the compromise. Range is the weak point next to cheaper electric cars, and the car costs as much as a house in the US, in the magazine's words.

For Dubai, that means the question is how you will use it. If it is a city and weekend car with a home charger, the range is workable. If you plan long drives often, the Cullinan or Ghost is the easier fit. Ask about charging equipment and battery health on any used car.

What moves a Rolls-Royce price in Dubai?

There is no Dubai price list. Every car is priced individually, and bespoke work is a large part of why. Rolls-Royces are often specified with unusual colours, interior commissions and personalised details, and those choices help or hurt resale depending on taste.

  • Model and version. Standard or Black Badge, and the year of the car.
  • Bespoke specification. Colour, interior and personal commissions can raise the price or narrow the buyer pool.
  • Mileage and condition. Delivery-mileage cars are priced differently from cars with several thousand kilometres.
  • GCC or import. The regional specification affects warranty and resale. See our guide to GCC specs.
  • Service history and warranty. Warranty depends on the individual car, so ask for it in writing.

How do you buy one?

You agree the price on a specific car, place a deposit to take it off the market, and settle the balance by bank transfer. If you are financing, the loan comes from your own bank, and we provide the documentation it needs. We do not offer in-house finance. Test drives are available once a deposit is placed.

We list Rolls-Royce models including the Cullinan, Ghost, Spectre and Phantom, and some Black Badge and coachbuilt examples, but stock changes, so check the Rolls-Royce page for what is available now. If the car you want is not listed, tell us the specification and we will try to source it, though we cannot guarantee every request. Our guide to buying a used supercar covers the inspection steps.
